Terms of Service

Compose is an AI-native camera. When you take or select a photo, Compose uses artificial intelligence to generate new, photorealistic versions of it in a variety of photographic styles and scenes. Your original photo is preserved; generated images are created alongside it.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use Compose. If you use the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.

Compose uses a credit system: generating images consumes credits. New users receive a free credit allowance to start. Additional credits can be purchased through Apple’s in-app purchase system and are subject to Apple’s payment terms. Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with App Store policies.

Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may not be resold. We may change credit pricing, allowances, or the features available at each tier; changes will not reduce credits you have already purchased.

You retain ownership of the photos you capture and, to the fullest extent permitted by law, the images Compose generates for you. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit your photos and generated images solely to operate and improve the Service.

You are responsible for the content you capture and generate. Only photograph people who consent to being photographed, and only upload content you have the right to use.

You agree not to use Compose to: create content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes the rights of others; generate deceptive content intended to defraud or mislead, including fake identification or fraudulent listings; create sexual content involving minors, which we report to authorities; harass, defame, or impersonate any person; or probe, disrupt, or reverse engineer the Service.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

Generated images are synthetic. They may contain inaccuracies or artifacts, and they depict scenes, lighting, and environments that did not exist when the photo was taken. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of generated images complies with applicable laws, platform rules, and disclosure requirements — for example, marketplace policies on listing photos or advertising standards in your industry.

The Service — including the app, website, branding, and underlying technology — is owned by Super Producer Inc. and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for its intended purpose. Third-party camera and film names referenced in the Service are trademarks of their respective owners, used only to describe photographic styles.

You may stop using Compose at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Upon termination, your license to use the app ends; sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive (including disclaimers, limitations of liability, and governing law) will survive.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated images will meet your expectations.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Super Producer Inc. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Super Producer Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from claims arising out of your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. If we make material changes, we will notify you in the app or by other reasonable means. Continued use of Compose after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
