Privacy Policy

Photos. When you take or select a photo in Compose, it is transmitted to our servers so we can generate new versions of it. Generated images are stored with your account so you can access them in the app.

Account information. If you create an account, we collect the details you provide, such as your email address or a sign-in identifier from Apple.

Purchase information. Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We receive confirmation of your purchases and manage your credit balance, but we never see your payment card details.

Usage and device data. We collect basic technical information — device model, OS version, app version, crash logs, and how features are used — to keep the app fast and reliable.

Support communications. If you contact us, we keep the correspondence so we can help you.

We use your information to provide and improve the service: to generate images from your photos, maintain your credit balance, provide customer support, prevent fraud and abuse, and understand how the app is used so we can make it better.

Your photos and generated images are processed by our systems and by the third-party AI and cloud infrastructure providers we rely on to run Compose. These providers process photos on our behalf to deliver the service and are bound by contractual confidentiality and data protection obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your photos publicly. We do not use your photos for advertising.

We share information only with: service providers who help us operate Compose (cloud hosting, AI image generation, analytics, and crash reporting); Apple, in connection with App Store purchases; law enforcement or authorities when required by law; and a successor entity in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case this policy will continue to apply to your information.

We keep your photos and generated images while your account is active so they remain available in the app. You can delete images in the app, and you can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing support@superproducer.ai. We may retain limited records where required by law, such as purchase history.

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and will notify you as required by law if a breach affects you.

Compose is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email support@superproducer.ai. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

Compose is operated from the United States, and your information is processed on servers located in the US and in the regions where our service providers operate. By using Compose you understand your information will be transferred to and processed in these locations.

We may update this policy as Compose evolves. If we make material changes, we will notify you in the app or by other reasonable means. The date at the top reflects the latest revision.
